All PRE-REGISTRATION FEES MUST be paid with a Cashiers Check or Money Order payable to Cincinnati Nationals. (No personal, club, or business checks will be accepted). It is recommended NOT to mail CASH.
MUST INCLUDE COPY OF USA CARD & BIRTH CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM. ALL ENTRY FORMS MUST HAVE PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGNATURE.
DOOR REGISTRATION FEES & Weight Change Fees may be paid in Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order made payable to Cincinnati Nationals. (No personal, club, or business checks will be accepted)
Registration at the door will be $45 per Wrestler!!!!!!
All entry fees are non-refundable!

(Each Registration MUST have Parent/Guardian Signature)
v A printed confirmation page of your submitted registration form.
v Cashiers Check / Money Order ($40 per wrestler) payable to Cincinnati Nationals.
v Copy of Birth Certificate for each wrestler.
v Copy of USA Wrestling Competitors Card for each wrestler.
